BIP’s Dubai site visits give cohorts a comparative lens before they return to Erbil dealrooms.

BIP’s immersive experiences are not tourism with a name tag. The Dubai track is a structured comparison exercise: what scales, what adapts, and what should stay local.
Cohorts moved through showrooms and operating sites with facilitators who forced the translation question at every stop — capital structure, regulation, talent, and customer willingness to pay.
Participants reported that the visit sharpened their Erbil agendas. Ideas that looked inevitable in Dubai sometimes looked premature at home — and vice versa.
That comparative discipline is now baked into BIP’s program design for future editions.
